By downloading, installing, or using TileSlash ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
TileSlash is a mahjong tile recognition and efficiency training application. The App provides flashcard-style quizzes, tile efficiency puzzles (Nani-Kiru), and related learning tools.
TileSlash offers auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store.
The App offers a free tier with 10 hearts per day, 3 daily challenge puzzles, and unlimited mistake review. No payment is required to use the free tier.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (c) interfere with the App's normal operation; (d) attempt to bypass any subscription validation mechanisms.
All content, design, code, and assets in TileSlash are owned by Chengdu Siliangxing Technology Co., Ltd. and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. The tile illustrations and mnemonic system are original works created for this App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that learning outcomes will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chengdu Siliangxing Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
